Refund Policy – Rising Sun Golf (Australia)

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

  • All included accessories such as headcovers must be returned.

  • Used clubs must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • New items, if listed as new, must be unused and in their original packaging (if included).

  • The item must not have been altered, re-gripped, or modified after delivery.

Because we sell pre-owned golf equipment, normal cosmetic wear such as minor scratches, bag chatter, and face wear is expected and does not qualify as a defect.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Please do not send items back without receiving return approval.
Items returned without approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved, you will receive the return shipping address by email.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect

please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with the claim.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please request a return for your original purchase.

Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used on course after delivery

  • The club has been modified, re-gripped, or altered

  • The item is returned outside the 7-day return window

  • The item is returned in a different condition than received
